By making a reservation with Natale Shore House through our direct booking website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Reservation Requirements:
All guests must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees).
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund (minus any processing fees).
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in will not receive a refund.
Access to Property:
Natale Shore House makes every effort to provide privacy for you to enjoy your vacation. However, there may be occasions when access to the property is required for reasons such as insurance inspections, city inspections, or emergency repairs. We will communicate with you via email, phone, and/or text in advance if possible and will attempt to schedule any appointments at a time that is convenient for your schedule. We reserve the right to access the property at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without the Guest’s presence.
Damage:
The Guest is responsible for any damage to the property. Please document and report any pre-existing damage to Natale Shore House as soon as possible upon arrival to avoid possible liability. Any damage caused by the Guest should be reported immediately. The sooner we are notified of damage, the faster and more cost-effectively we can address it. Significant damage may result in a loss of rental revenue if the property must be taken off the market for repairs, and this loss of revenue will be included in the total damages for which the Guest will be held responsible.
Disputes:
The Guest agrees to contact Natale Shore House first, during their stay and within 48 hours, if there is any dissatisfaction or dispute related to their stay. We strive to offer premium customer service and would like the opportunity to resolve the issue. In the event of a chargeback, the Guest acknowledges that Natale Shore House will provide phone voice recordings, email and text message archives, pre-arrival and post-departure inspection reports (including photographs) to the credit card company and the courts as necessary to resolve any claims. The Guest will be responsible for any and all costs incurred by Natale Shore House in halting or reversing the chargeback, unless such chargeback is upheld by the credit card company.
Acts of God/Hurricanes/Weather:
Natale Shore House cannot issue refunds, travel credits, nor guarantee alternative accommodations in the event of any Act of God, including but not limited to adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, or red tide. We also cannot offer these for factors outside our control, including but not limited to travel restrictions or closures due to COVID-19 or other public health issues. Refunds, travel credits, or alternative accommodations will not be issued in the event of a voluntary evacuation or a travel advisory. If a mandatory evacuation order is issued for your rental property, all members of your party must vacate the property, and you will receive a refund or credit for unused nights only.
Guest Requirements:
The Guest making the reservation must be present during the stay; sub-letting is not permitted. The Guest must always abide by the maximum number of persons allowed, as published on our site. Public events are not permitted. The Guest is criminally and financially responsible for the conduct of all persons on the property, including but not limited to violations such as traffic and parking tickets and noise complaints.
Rate Changes and Website Content:
Published rates are subject to change without notice. The rate and rental listing information provided, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors, omissions, price changes, or withdrawal without notice. Property furnishings and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Accidents, Injury, or Loss:
Guests shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natale Shore House and the owner(s) and managers of the property from any and all liabilities, claims, expenses, fees, or loss of actions arising out of the Guest’s or their guests’ use and occupancy of the premises or use of equipment located in or on the property. The Guest assumes all responsibility for themselves and their guests. Natale Shore House is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of any kind.
Furniture and Accessories:
As part of our pre-arrival inspection process, Natale Shore House inventories the property’s contents and photographs the condition of rooms, furniture, and equipment. Furniture must not be removed or relocated from room to room. Blankets and bath towels must remain in the property. Beach towels are provided and may be used for that purpose. Linens are inventoried, and the Guest will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Pets:
No pets are allowed at Natale Shore House. If any pets are brought to the property in violation of this policy, the Guest will be asked to immediately remove the animal and may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals:
Natale Shore House will make reasonable accommodations for Service Animals in accordance with federal and Florida law. The pet fee does not apply to Service Animals. Please notify us in advance, preferably in writing, of your intention to bring a Service Animal to the property and provide reliable information that reasonably supports the need for the animal. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the same policy as other pets, and the same requirements apply.
Garbage Disposal/Toilets:
Please do not place anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. “Flushable” wipes, paper towels, baby wipes, feminine products, and similar items can clog the plumbing. Similarly, fibrous materials like celery, corn husks, and similar items can clog the garbage disposal. If we determine that these items caused a plumbing issue, the Guest will be responsible for the costs of the service call and repairs, including loss of use.
Illegal Activity:
If the Guest or any occupants use the property for illegal purposes, including but not limited to the possession, serving, or consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, or any disturbance that results in criminal police action, this agreement will be terminated immediately. The Guest and all other occupants will be required to vacate the property immediately, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Termination of Agreement:
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Natale Shore House or with Federal or Florida law may result in the termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida, regarding any legal action arising from or related to this Agreement. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. The Guest will be responsible for all attorney fees, court costs, and expenses incurred by Natale Shore House in enforcing any provisions of this agreement, including fees related to mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and may only be amended in writing. The Guest may not assign or transfer this agreement.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction without a refund.
House Rules:
No pets are allowed.
No shoes on the carpeting.
No parties or events are permitted.
The city of Madeira Beach has a strict noise ordinance between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please comply with city rules.
No smoking inside the house. Any evidence of smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping) indoors will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit:
There is no security deposit required for your stay.
Property Care:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the rental unit in good condition and reporting any damages or issues promptly.
Liability:
Natale Shore House is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen items that may occur on the premises.
Termination of Stay:
Natale Shore House reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for violation of these terms and conditions without a refund.
Force Majeure:
Natale Shore House is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
By completing a booking with Natale Shore House, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
